The Floyd County GOP fights every day to keep America safe, prosperous, and free. Meanwhile, the Democrat Party embraces socialism and pushes radical, far-left policies. That’s why it’s more important than ever to stand up for our values. Your support on a local level is critical for us to effect change all the way in D.C.
For our October monthly meeting, we will hear an update from local law enforcement officers. They will discuss things happening in the community, things to look out for, initiatives from their offices, and more.
Confirmed guests include Sheriff Dave Roberson, District Attorney Leigh Patterson, and County Police Chief Mark Wallace. Invited guests include Rome Police Chief Denise Downer-McKinney and Floyd County Corrections Warden Michael Long.
The meeting will be Thursday, Oct. 26, at 6 p.m. at John Henry’s Grill (233 Broad Street Rome, GA 30161).
Attendance is free, but if you would like to eat, please bring $15 for the buffet, which begins at 5:15 p.m. Please remember to leave a tip for the restaurant’s staff, as well!
If you plan to eat, please RSVP by emailing info@floydgop.org as soon as possible so we can give the restaurant a head count for how much food to prepare. If you do not plan on eating, you do not have to RSVP.
