The Floyd County GOP fights every day to keep America safe, prosperous, and free. Meanwhile, the Democrat Party embraces socialism and pushes radical, far-left policies. That’s why it’s more important than ever to stand up for our values. Your support on a local level is critical for us to effect change all the way in D.C.
For our April monthly meeting, we will host a candidate forum for local candidates for the offices of Floyd County Clerk of Superior Court (Barbara Penson vs. Mary Hardin Thornton) and Sheriff (Dave Roberson vs. Robbie Whitfield).
The meeting will be Thursday, April 25, at 6 p.m. at John Henry’s Grill (233 Broad Street Rome, GA 30161).
Attendance is free, but if you would like to eat, please bring $15 for the buffet, which begins at 5:15 p.m. Please remember to leave a tip for the restaurant’s staff, as well!
If you plan to eat, please RSVP by emailing info@floydgop.org as soon as possible so we can give the restaurant a head count for how much food to prepare. If you do not plan on eating, you do not have to RSVP.
We hope to see you there!
